Alsco AS is an investment company
The company is owned by the families Andreassen and Løvik, pioneers in sustainable salmon farming and use of cleanerfish. Starting in 1995 selling cleanerfish to salmon farmers, the activities developed into the buildup of Villa Organic AS.
Villa Organic AS had 29 licenses for salmon farming in Norway, being one of the 10 largest holders of licenses, and being listed on the OTC-list with 100 shareholders.
The founders have sold the majority of the shares in Villa Organic AS.
